Whole School Assembly

Thanks to Ms.Lavin and Ms. Ahern for organising a lovely assembly today. We began with a prayer to St.Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of pets and animals, to mark the feast day this Sunday. 

Ms.Ahern and our Green School Committee, reminded the children about all the different Green Flags we have previously been awarded, energy, recycling, transport, water and biodiversity! Next week marks ‘Walk to School Week’, so as much as is possible we are encouraging the children to walk to school whenever they can!
