Today we had a special assembly to say 'thank you' to Paddy our G.A.A. coach. After over 12 years at St. Helen's and Naomh Mearnóg, Paddy is leaving to start coaching in Howth. We will all really miss Paddy. The children were very sad saying goodbye, but wish him luck in his new job.
The 1st class children wrote painted pictures to say 'Thanks' to Paddy. The 2nd class wrote poems and cards about their favourite memories of GAA over the last 3 years. The senior Infants wrote and sang a special song for Paddy. Part 1. Part 2.
