Here are a few photos of what we have been up to in room 6 during September. We are having fun with the new maths curriculum, we enjoyed finding minibeasts and learning about properties of materials. Inspired by the brilliant Frida Kahlo, we created beautiful self-portraits and on Roald Dahl Day we brought some of his most famous characters to life with our colourful drawings. Our creativity did not stop there! We experimented with blow painting, which led to some very imaginative art and created lovely autumnal tree scenes that are now decorating our classroom. Looking after our wellbeing we enjoyed a guided rainbow meditation, giving us all a lovely moment of calm. We also celebrated not one but TWO birthdays. It’s been an incredible month and we can't wait for more fun and learning next month!
