This week, Mr Horan and Ms McDermott organised an assembly to celebrate Hanami. Hanami is a Japanese traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of the Cherry Blossom Tree. The children from Ms McInerney's class spoke to the others about some of the different customs in Japan. They also showed off their Japanese inspired art work. Mr Horan performed some Japanese music alongside some second class children.
