Another busy month in room.17! Our play theme this month was ‘The Market’. We read stories about ‘Ella’s Adventures in Africa’, and ‘Handa’s Surprise’, we learnt a rhyme called ‘African Animals’. We’re continuing our ‘Literacy Stations’ with Ms.O’Leary every Tuesday which the children really enjoy.
We learnt about 2-d shapes and used lollipop sticks to create lots of shapes.
