Today we marked Grandparents Day as part of Catholic Schools Week. We were thrilled to welcome over 120 special guests! The Grandparents of our Second class students joined us for a lovely performance. The students sang Éiníní, The Lord is my Shepherd, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Morningtown Ride. Then our guests listened to some children reading about their grandparents. After this our Grandparents enjoyed a photo slideshow as they enjoyed tea and coffee and cakes. The children had worked hard on portraits of their grandparents and fantastic profiles.
