Data Week!

Last week in Room 6 we have been learning all about Data in Maths. We began by learning about graphs and looking at how data is presented in the real world. We also conducted many of our own class surveys and presented the findings in graph format (with some very interesting results as you will see!!). The week culminated in a group activity where the kids collected data on the birthdays of their classmates, tallied the results and presented their findings as a bar graph. Very impressive work all round...
