During April we celebrated Earth Day🌍. We read two books, Clean Up! by Nathan Bryon and the Green Giant by Katie Cottle, to learn about how we can keep our environment safe for everyone. We also came up with different things we could do to take care our the world around us.
In art, we used bubble wrap to print the cherry blossom trees that line the avenue up on the way up to the school.
The boys and girls also worked hard in all their lessons and as a result we won a pyjama day in our '3 of a Kind'! It was great fun to see everyone in their comfy pyjamas!
In our Aistear, we created amazing pieces of junk art with materials such as bottle caps, cardboard, egg cartons etc. We also had fun playing with bubbly water.
Lastly, the boys and girls are worked on strengthening their fingers in Finger Gym!
