Aistear Theme: The Zoo

We worked on the zoo theme in April and May. Ms Dodds had lovely ideas and we had fun doing animal themed activities! We painted sunset on the serengeti. We created a dinosaur habitat in the sand pit. In the small world area we created mini zoos and invented stories about them. In maths we made graphs of favourite zoo animals. We did reading and writing about zoo animals and the work of the zookeeper.
