The whole school came together for an Active School Flag assembly today. Ms.Walsh, Mr.Shevlin, Mr.Jennings, Ms.Rooney and the ASF Committee updated the children on our progress with our application for our first ASF award. The committee reminded us of all the challenges and activities we have completed so far- (12 Days of Fitness, the Active Break Challenge, Running Challenge) and about the work our Playground Leaders do everyday. They also told the children about what’s planned for term 3! Exciting things to come…. Our new school slogan is “We’ll walk, we’ll jump, we’ll run, being active is really fun!”
