A Visit from a Local Author

Margaret Anne Suggs, writer and illustrator visited our class today. She showed us her new book 'The Moth and the Moon'. We learned that to be an illustrator you have to practise your drawings over and over to make them look perfect. Mags showed us her special notebook that she uses to practise. We made a moth headband and a beautiful moon like the one in her story. We had a lovely time! What a fun Monday!!! Thanks Mags!
