Wall of Gratitude

To keep healthy we must look after our minds. Being grateful, saying 'Thanks" and having an "Attitude of Gratitude", has been scientifically proven to increase our sense of wellbeing and positive emotions as well as creating a sense of connection.

We wrote and drew about the things we are grateful for and created "Our Wall of Gratitude"
